I live out of state and Bob Kennedy helped me sell my secondary home in Michigan. He took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything. We had several showings prior to Stoepel when we worked with Kandace. Kandace was up front about certain issues she observed going on with the homes she showed us. Some examples were certain items that need to be fixed with the house that can cause an issue for FHA approval.
